Water-Based Nano Inorganic Ceramic Coating
Water-based nano-ceramic coating is a "zero fluorine" coating, environmentally friendly and safe. It exhibits excellent chemical stability, outstanding acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance of approximately 20,000 cycles. Its hardness is impressive, reaching 9H, and it can withstand 96 hours of salt spray corrosion. It can endure temperatures as high as 600ºC for short periods and can be used continuously at temperatures exceeding 330ºC. The surface finish of this coating is comparable to enamel, with exquisite colors and a silky-smooth texture. Under light refraction, it presents a dazzling visual effect akin to that of agate.

Product Applications and Characteristics
- This product is mainly applied to baking trays, steamers, irons, knives, kitchen cookware, and the internal/external coating of hardware surfaces.
- It features high hardness, high temperature resistance, colorful decorative properties, and excellent surface effects.
