Water-based three-layer Teflon non-stick coating 9700 series
This water-based double-layer/multi-layer non-stick coating is a composite coating primarily made of PTFE emulsion and PFA emulsion. It offers excellent non-stick properties, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, with a hardness of up to 3H. It is abrasion-resistant for approximately 20,000 cycles. The coating can be used continuously at temperatures between 250-270°C and can withstand short-term use at 330-350°C. It has passed boiling water tests for over 500 cycles.
