Water-based/Oil-based UV Gloss Coating

The water-based/oil-based UV gloss coating is a paint primarily composed of high-energy UV polyurethane dispersions. It features fast curing speed, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, good orientation of silver powder, and strong adhesion and water resistance on plastic substrates. It is recommended for use as a topcoat for colored silver powder paint.

Product Applications and Characteristics

  1. Mainly applied in products such as wall sockets (gold, silver, black), headphones, cosmetic bottles, and mobile phones.
  2. Outstanding silver powder orientation, high FI value, and low gloss.
  3. Excellent wear resistance, with RCA > 200 cycles in silver powder paint.
  4. Good adhesion on substrates like PC and ABS+PC.
  5. Excellent boil resistance; after boiling in 80℃ water for 2 hours, there is no peeling in the crosshatch test, and no change in appearance.
  6. Good storage stability.
